67pkr cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose User information where required by law or where such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of 67pkr, its users or the public.

All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to the 67pkr brand name, logo, design, layout, text, images, software, code and compiled databases — are owned by or licensed to 67pkr. All such rights are reserved.

No Content on the Platform may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed or otherwise used for any commercial or public purpose without the prior express written authorisation of 67pkr. Requests for permission to use Content must be directed to the support email address set out in Section 15.

Any trademarks, service marks, logos or trade names of third parties that appear on the Platform — including payment service brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are the property of their respective owners. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67pkr expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any Content published on the Platform.
• Any warranty that defects or errors in the Platform will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67pkr and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts or tribunals of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits 67pkr's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its Intellectual Property rights or to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.
